01 The Game

Cyphr City is a single-player card RPG for iOS, distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Your use of the Game is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store Terms of Service.

02 License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play the Game on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Game or any part of it, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

03 Purchases & Payment

Cyphr City is a paid game. The price is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account — we never see or store your payment information. We may change the Game's price at any time; price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

04 No Refunds

All sales are final. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the Game, accidental purchase, or device incompatibility.

Because purchases are processed by Apple, any refund request must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store. Whether a refund is granted is solely at Apple's discretion under its own policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

05 Privacy & Data

We designed Cyphr City to respect your privacy. The Game does not require an account, and we do not collect, store, or share any personal data. Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only. Deleting the Game from your device deletes that data permanently — we have no copy and cannot restore it.

Standard, aggregated install and crash statistics may be made available to us by Apple through App Store infrastructure; these are controlled by your device's privacy settings and are never linked to you by us.

06 Intellectual Property

The Game — including its code, artwork, characters, music, names, logos, and all other content — is owned by The Flaggship Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the Game's source code or assets;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game or any of its content;
• use the Game in any way that violates applicable law.

08 Updates & Availability

We may release updates, patches, or new content at our discretion, and we may modify or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time. The Game requires a compatible iOS device; we do not guarantee that it will be supported on all devices or future iOS versions.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Flaggship Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Game. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Flaggship Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence apply.
